There is a big difference between quality and cheap painters tape and the duck brand lives up to its name. We use blue tape to temporarily label items in our warehouse and very rarely use any other brand. It sticks well and exposure to hotter elements does not cause it to become sticky and messy which is great for an unconditioned warehouse.

PERFECTION! Painted bricks outside my house and this was extremely easy to use. No paint runs and it was perfect. Take your time applying it to achieve better results. Adhesive did not mark up my paint on the walls either. So it came off like so easily. Will be buying again when needed. One roll goes a long way!

These have extra wide tape of very high quality! So if you need to cover more than the usual one inch, definitely buy this one because it has a good grip and works really well. I will buy them again!!

This has the right amount of grip (less than regular masking tape which pulls paint off your wall) and paint does not go through it. I've used lots of it on all kinds of painting jobs and it always works perfectly. Easy to put on and very easy to remove without taking anything off your walls or other surfaces when removing. Great quality

These work pretty well. I bought them because of the pricepoint. IMO I think the 3M platinum Tape works much better if you need serious painters tape without seepage. We used 3M platinum for crown molding painting and it was night and day difference. But this tape served it's purpose for hanging up decorations in the office without taking any paint off the drywall.

Its tape, its blue, and most importantly it releases from surfaces without leaving behind and glue. This tape is also good if you need to leave behind secret messages around the house, in the car, or at the office, you just need a pen. Its not my business as to why you're buying this tape to leave secret messages. It really isn't. I once came across one of these secret messages on a bagged sandwich in my office fridge. It said "Dan". I may never know what that message means, but clearly it wasn't a message for me. The duck flies at midnight.

I purchased 2 packs in preparation to paint a large living room. It worked great and was easy to apply. Try to use 1long strip of tape for each part of the wall. It allows for easy removal. After each second coat of paint, remove the tape right away. It came off easily with little tearing. Each roll of tape can definitely do a room. As you can probably tell in the pictures, I did to repaint the accent wall. After taping and painting the ceiling, 3 walls, and an accent wall (x2), I have used up almost 3 rolls of tape. Very pleased.

This particular purchase was made because we just bought a home and are painting every singlevel room. This tape is great and is thick enough to protect trim and whatever may be subject to paint drips. You can use this tape for other projects as well since it does not damage the surface it adheres to. Will purchase again.

With kitchen renovation underway (after flood from upstairs neighbors' broken icemaker water line), I went quickly through the first roll, sealing off drawer openings and cabinet doors from paint and sanding dust. The good thing is tape peeled off afterwards without damaging paint. Generally, I use masking tape as much for labeling items in the freezer as anything else. The blue is a little darker than I'm used to, but it still works.

The product works really well as long as the edges of window glaze are perfect smooth and level. No matter how tightly I applied the tape to the window where there was replacement glaze there still was a little bleed, but it was sure better than getting paint all over the window.
