Balance these two states. I have a limit for how long can I handle people before I need to recharge. Usually a week or two. Then I just get a lazy day or two to recharge. Stay at home, order take aways, enjoy yourself. It is working out so far :)

Most of times this happens to me :( ... but i realised sometimes it works by changing your thinking but after few days im back to this "depression" and its hard to go back to positive thinking, even if i understand the problem. The thinking that people are worthless, egocentric and have not a lot of sense for this planet givr me depression, the problem is, if you think rational, this is also the truth. But then i try to think positive, like hey, fuck it, lets do the best i can i have only one life motivates me sometimes but not everytime. I do not know what to do. Im the problem or the problem is that we are stupid animals that think we are intelligent and superior?

after my gf left me, i started going to the gym, cut my long hair and beard and eating a little bit healthier. honestly, this was the best time in my life, i was much more outgoing, woke up with joy and was extremely positive about everything. but after some injuries im a fat fuck again, weighing more than ever and im still depressed.

That happened to me,when i was a kid i started to want to become like my brother,because everyone tought my fate was being a nerd,so i changed myself,made friendship with the cool guys,got the trendy haircut,start to talk about trendy topics about retarded things,abandoned games and tasty food,penetrated the cool guys social circle,then i started getting depressed because i couldnt recognized myself,here i am browsing and nerding again.The thing is many of the "cool guys" werent happy about their life but they tryhard to hide it(some with drugs,another with a mask),in the end i was more happy than them with a simple life
