Ướp sườn non với 1 muỗng canh hành tím băm, 1 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm, 3 muỗng canh sốt BBQ, 2 muỗng canh nước tương, 1 muỗng canh dầu hào, 2 muỗng canh mật ong, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt khoảng 15 phút cho ngấm gia vị.
Làm nóng chảo với 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho sườn non và hỗn hợp ướp vào, chiên nhỏ lửa. Khi thấy hỗn hợp sốt trong nồi cạn gần hết, sườn heo cháy xém cạnh là được.
Gắp sườn heo ra, trang trí tùy thích và dùng với cơm nóng nhé! Mùi vị, màu sắc món ăn khỏi phải chê luôn.
